Happy Leap Day! I guess Spring is almost here. Most places look for the first robin (they can be found year round here) or balmy weather (we’ve had an unusually mild winter), but in Kansas you know Spring is here when you have tornados! Not close to me, thank goodness, but a definite sign of Spring!
So, here is my “worktable” today. Another Wednesday at the local quilt shop. This photo was about half way through the day and you can see the pile of strips is dwindling. . .
And the pile of completed 9-patch blocks is growing! Still some to go, but it’s amazing how much you can get done when you focus on the sewing! Along with the talking, laughing, and eating, that is.

How was my day? Pretty good actually! But I saw on the news there have been severe storms and tornadoes over your way...hope you are safe in that basement of yours!
Has my package arrived yet? Yours hasn't. Our post office has been mislaying my parcels lately, and I have to ask for any mail that isn't just an envelope...not happy.
